At Paws & Polish Grooming, we strive to provide the best service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with your grooming experience, please let us know within 48 hours of the service. We will make every effort to rectify the issue, including offering a partial refund or re-grooming your pet at no additional charge. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that services canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
